Maylake Properties Pty Ltd is a Gold Coast based property company with the head office located in Kay House, Southport. Maylake was founded in 1997 by Leonid Eshchenko and remains a family business to this day.

Maylake Properties offers premium office leasing through the management of well-appointed and centrally located office buildings. With over 25 years in the business, our portfolio has grown to comprise of four privately owned office buildings including The Scarborough Centre and Kay House in Southport and Elkhorn Centre East and Elkhorn Centre West in Surfers Paradise.

The Gold Coast Business Hub offers co-working desks for as little $35 a day on a casual basis with no membership required.  Our serviced offices are also on a flexible month to month basis.  Further on offer is a selection of day offices, meeting rooms and boardrooms.

About our CEO.

Our management team is led by Chief Executive Officer Lorraine Lovatt who has over 45 years of experience in the property industry and has been with the company since in July 1999.

Our commitment to the local community is evident with Lorraine volunteering her time and experience to both business and charitable communities.

Lorraine has supported Vinnies Annual Gold Coast CEO Sleepout since the inaugural Sleepout in 2016 having raised over $100,000.00. Maylake Properties has been a proud sponsor of the Gold Coast MND Support Group, now MND Care and Connect for MNDAQ (Motor Neurone Disease Association of Qld) where Lorraine was awarded life membership of the organisation, volunteering her time for over 10 years.

Kay House is located in the heart of the Southport CBD, opposite SOPO (the old Southport RSL) and situated on the light rail with Southport South Station only 80 metres away and an easy stroll to the retail hub of Southport.

5 levels of quality office space and fully renovated with the works completed early 2018. Some of the works included energy and water efficiency, new fire systems, new security including cameras as well as new ceilings, paintwork and carpet.

Elkhorn Centre East is a state of the art commercial office building and the first 5 Star Green Star (v3 design rating) commercial office building in Surfers Paradise.

Elkhorn Centre West consists of 5 levels of quality office space.
This building was fully renovated in 2017 which included the upgrading of the electrical and lighting system and the installation of a new security system with cameras. The office suites have new ceilings, paintwork and quality commercial carpet tiles with castor wheel warranty. The bathrooms were also upgraded to enhance water efficiency and the kitchens feature hot and cold filtered watered systems.

The Scarborough Centre is ideally located on the corner of Scarborough Street & Nerang Street Southport, next door to Australia Fair Shopping Centre, and comprises of 4 levels of quality commercial office space and ground level retail space.
