Our focus was not only of improving the energy efficiency of the building, but also, presenting a professional image and work place for people on the inside of the building, to add to our new exterior finish.
The key areas that we focussed on for this project was the main entry foyer on the ground floor of the building as well as the entry foyers on Level 2 and 3 also including the tenancies on the ground floor level 2 and level 3.
New kitchens and bathrooms - we have removed and replaced everything to offer well designed modern clean facilities for our tenants: including a filtered water system that includes filtered instant boiling water to the kitchens.
Improve energy efficiency - using new LED lighting in bright white with the look of a skylight and operating on full motion sensor system, the result is not only stylish but also reducing electricity costs as well as a power factoring unit now installed to help reduce overall power costs.
Upgrade the electrics and fire safety - the opportunity to replace the wiring and fire safety detectors as well as installing sub boards to each tenancy with safety switches. Improving safety and simplifying maintenance and testing procedures.
Professional modern look – with the new grid ceiling featuring lightweight acoustic tiles this reduces sound travel from the foyers into the tenancies. Top quality commercial grade flooring vinyl planking for the foyers and commercial grade recyclable carpet tiles, painting and new emergency signs and signage.
