Here at Maylake Properties we only use fully experienced, licensed, insured and qualified contractors for all our maintenance and fit-out works.                 

Note as per the terms of your lease should you wish to renovate or carry out any works within the tenancy that is not covered by Maylake Pty Ltd approval must first be obtained for both the works and any contractors.

For your peace of mind our trained staff ensure all relevant information such as licenses etc are up-to-date and on file.
